Where can I pick up the vehicle?

Vehicles can be picked up at any of our local offices mentioned on the booking engine. Vehicles cannot be picked up at any other location.

Please note:

• Transfers are not provided - you must make your way to our depot at your own cost.
• We will show you how to use the vehicle on pickup, and inspect the vehicle at dropoff. These procedures will take approximately one hour.
• The only languages spoken at the depots are German and English.
• The drivers license and passport must be shown to the depot staff at pickup.

Where can I drop off the vehicle?

Vehicles must be dropped-off at the same rental depot where you picked up the vehicle. Vehicles cannot be dropped off at any other location, and one way trips are not permitted.

Reservations:

Reservations will only be considered finalised when confirmed by the rental company, and a downpayment has been received. The downpayment will be charged at the time of finalisation, and will be 40% of the rental cost.

For late bookings, i.e., with less than 52 days notice, the full amount of the booking will be charged as soon as the booking is confirmed. You will receive an invoice by email when the reservation is confirmed, and also full contact and address details of the relevant depot.

Driver Age and License Requirements

The minimum age of renter and drivers is 21. Driving licence: class 3 for all models; class B for vehicles with a permitted total weight of up to 3,500 kg and class C1 for vehicles with a permitted total weight of more than 3,500 kg. Drivers with a driving licence of classes B and C1 must have been in the possession of the driving licence for at least one year.
